normal levels at the Bidwell Canyon Marina on Lake Oroville in
Oroville, California, USA, 14 June 2021. Many owners are leaving
their boats in the water instead of taking them to dry dock as
water levels are at a record low due to chronic drought in the
west of the United States. Numerous counties of California are
now under a drought state of emergency and the California
Governor Gavin Newsom is asking Californians to conserve water.
