Myanmar president declared four regions (Sagaing, Magway Regions
and Rakhine, Chin States) as disaster zones on 31 July 2015.
Heavy monsoon rains caused floods around Myanmar with dozens
deaths being reported as thousands are fleeing their homes in
several regions across the country. In Myanmar monsoon starts at
