(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JAN 4 - According to the concessionaire of
the road network, Alto Adriatico, the year 2023 ended with
record traffic on the A4 (Venice-Trieste), A23 (Udine
Sud-Palmanova), A34 (Villesse-Gorizia), and A28
(Portogruaro-Pordenone-Conegliano) highway sections. Considering
the historical series, the maximum number of transits ever
recorded on the network in 2023 was over 50 million transits
(50,330,000), representing a +5.8% increase over 2022. There
were 36.2 million light vehicles (+7.13%) and 14.13 million
heavy vehicles (+2.53%) among them. Vehicles travelled 2.6
billion kilometres in total. (ANSA).
