(ANSA) - TRIESTE, 16 MAG - Closing with 32.7 million in
profit, Autovie Venete's 2022 balance sheet was approved today
by the shareholders' meeting. Revenues from sales of services
amounted to 213 million (it was 195 m in 2021); 189 million came
from tolls (173 mi in 2021). As for the traffic, 2022 ended with
an increase of 10.6 percent in vehicles passing (up 18% in light
vehicles and +2% in heavy ones).
"Progress," Autovie added, is also being made in transferring
the concession to the wholly state-owned company Autostrade Alto
Adriatico, and "it is assumed that by the end of this June, the
takeover protocol will be signed."
At the shareholders' meeting, Anna Di Pasquale, sole director of
SAAA, proposed the list of new board members. However, on the
FVG regional council's recommendation, given the transitional
period, the list sees the current board of directors confirmed,
with Maurizio Paniz as chair and Tiziano Bembo as vice-chair.
