(ANSA) - BELGRADE, 12 FEB - EIB Global - the European
Investment Bank's arm for activities outside the European Union
- allocated a new credit tranche worth 38 million euros for the
reconstruction of 148 km of railway line along Corridor 10 in
Kosovo. According to the EIB, the work will increase the speed
of trainsets, improving passenger and freight rail traffic
capacities in Kosovo and the rest of the region. With this new
tranche, EIB Global's support for the modernization of Kosovo's
railway network rises to 80 million euros. (ANSA).
