EU agreement on reform and growth plan for the Balkans

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, APR 4 - The EU Council presidency and European Parliament negotiators have reached a provisional agreement on the creation of a reform and growth instrument for the Western Balkans, which will make up to 6 billion euros available to the region's countries. The EU Council stated this in a note. (ANSA).
