(ANSA) - PRISTINA, MAR 23 - Kosovo Prime Minister Albin
Kurti, commenting on Srpska Lista's (SL) decision not to
participate in the April 23 local elections for mayors in the
four largest Serb-majority municipalities in northern Kosovo,
accused Belgrade of controlling that party and of wanting to
meddle in Kosovo's internal affairs, and called for EU
intervention on this issue. "Srpska Lista has refused to
participate in local elections in four northern municipalities
next April. This decision is a clear sign of Belgrade's control
over that party and its constant meddling in Kosovo's internal
affairs," Kurti said. "The EU must condemn this violation of the
basic agreement," Kurti added, quoted by Serbian media today.
