(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 6 - "The chances of Serbia accepting
the plan proposed by the EU" that could lead to an initial
normalization of relations with Kosovo "are not great."
Therefore, the only way forward is to normalize the bilateral
relationship, putting the two sides, Belgrade and Pristina, on
an equal footing and offering a clear and tangible path to EU
integration to the two contenders. Giorgio Fruscione, political
scientist and Balkans analyst at the Institute for International
