In Serbia largest decline of democracy score: Freedom House

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, APR 12 - Serbia's 'Democracy Score' fell the most in the Freedom House report 'Nations in Transit 2024', dropping by 0.64 points overall since 2005. "The Western Balkans accounted for many of the more worrying developments. Serbia experienced a historic decline due to President Aleksandar Vučić's efforts to consolidate power in 2023," the report states. (ANSA).
