(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 6 - "North Macedonia continues to be
affected by the economic shockwaves of Russia's brutal war,"
therefore "we propose €100 million in macro-financial
assistance," the President of the European Commission Ursula von
der Leyen said on Twitter today.
The program "will support the country's economic needs, in the
short-term, and structural reforms, to accompany North Macedonia
on its EU path," von der Leyen noted. (ANSA).
