(ANSA) - BELGRADE, JAN 17 - The first major artist announced
at the No Borders Music Festival, the important review of music
'without borders' between Italy, Austria, and Slovenia, now in
its twenty-eighth edition, is Ben Harper, American singer and
guitarist who has won three Grammy Awards. Following his
performance in 2018, Ben Harper will return to the Festival
stage, at the Fusine Lakes, on Saturday July 15, accompanied by
