(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 20 - Cogne acciai speciali spa (Cas),
an Aosta steel company part of the Taiwanese Walsin Lihwa group,
and Salzgitter Ag have signed an agreement to acquire Mannesmann
Stainless Tubes gmbh, which has subsidiaries and operating
plants in Germany, France, Italy, and the United States. (ANSA).
