(ANSA-AFP) - BRUSSELS, MAY 10 - A European court on Wednesday
annulled the decision by the European Commission to approve
Germany's multi-billion-euro bailout of airline Lufthansa during
the coronavirus pandemic. "The Commission committed several
errors," the EU General Court said in a statement. The
Commission can still appeal the decision to the European Court
of Justice. (ANSA-AFP).
