(ANSA) - BELGRADE, APR 8 - The European Commission has
determined that Slovakia's €267 million measure in favour of
Volvo Cars complies with EU State aid rules, according to a
statement issued today. The investment aid will support the
establishment of a new electric passenger vehicle production
plant in Valaliky, near Košice, Eastern Slovakia. The measure
will help the EU meet its strategic objectives for job creation,
regional development, and the European Green Deal. (ANSA).
