(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 16 - American President Joe Biden
congratulated Pristina's leadership on the 16th anniversary of
Kosovo's declaration of independence, which occurs tomorrow. In
a message to President Vjosa Osmani, Biden praised Kosovo's
strong friendship and alliance with the United States,
expressing hope for a positive outcome from the EU-facilitated
dialogue on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
