(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 12 - Slovenian schools will hold a day
of nonviolence and tolerance today in response to the recent
tragic events in Serbia, according to the Slovenian news agency
STA. The majority of activities will take place as part of
classes with class teachers. Unicef offered social connections
and peer violence prevention materials to schools, while the
police provided preventive action and reporting tools. According
to Gvido Jager, head teacher at a secondary school in Ljubljana,
the shootings in Serbia have had a strong psychological effect
Slovenian schools as well. (ANSA).
