Romania last in EU for research and development investment

(ANSA) - BUCAREST, 02 DIC - The European Union spent 352 billion euros on research and development in 2022, and according to Eurostat, Romania ranks last in terms of how much is invested in this area: only 0.46 percent of GDP. Right behind Malta, Latvia, Cyprus and Bulgaria. (ANSA).
