(ANSA) - BELGRADE, SEP 20 - Montenegro's EU accession process
has stalled due to high political tensions and polarisation.
This is one of the main conclusions of the report on Montenegro
adopted by the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee
with 51 votes in favour, 3 against, and 8 abstentions. (ANSA).
