(ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 28 - "The Foreign Ministers of
Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania strongly condemn and have decided
not to participate in the OSCE Ministerial Council in Skopje,"
they said in a joint press release. "By allowing Serghei Lavrov
to attend the OSCE Ministerial Conference, we risk legitimising
Russia as a legitimate member of our community of free nations,"
