Italian FM calls for Balkan enlargement before 2030

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 5 - The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, "said accession by 2030; I believe that we could do it earlier," said Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani in a press conference organised after the meeting in Rome of the Foreign Ministers of the "Friends of the Western Balkans" Group and the Foreign Ministers of the Western Balkans. Tajani reiterated that Italy supports the "acceleration" of the EU enlargement process. (ANSA).
