Enlargement a geostrategic investment: Borrell

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 13 - The leaders of the EU and the Western Balkans will meet today at the EU-Western Balkans summit, which "aims to strengthen ties between the EU and the region - our future EU members," according to Josep Borrell, the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
    "Enlargement is a geostrategic investment in peace, security, and prosperity," he went on to say. (ANSA).
