Italian FM, joint commitment with Balkans to migrants

(ANSA) - ROME, APR 3 - "All the countries of the Western Balkans are firmly committed to sending irregular migrants to their countries of origin, and we are working to reduce the excessive visa liberalization of non-European countries. Furthermore, there is a joint commitment to defending the external borders and fighting criminals responsible for the trafficking of human beings." Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said this at a press conference on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting on the Western Balkan at the Farnesina. 'All countries are willing to take action to counter illegal immigration and trafficking of human beings. There is a good harmony,' he underlined. (ANSA).
