(ANSA) - BELGRADE, DEC 27 - According to sources cited by the
Financial Times, the EU is preparing a 20 billion euro reserve
plan of aid for Ukraine in order to circumvent Hungary's
objections. Due to the Hungarian prime minister's veto, European
leaders were unable to reach an agreement on a 50 billion
package for Kiev at the previous summit in December. (ANSA).
