(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 9 - The Justice Minister of Hungary
said that Budapest would fight in the EU Court of Justice to
defend an education law that Brussels says discriminates based
on sexual orientation and gender identity. In a Facebook post,
Justice Minister Judit Varga explained that she had filed a
counterclaim because the government would maintain its position
that education was a matter for national governments to decide.
