(ANSA) - VILNIUS, 17 FEB - "Neutrality can only lead to more aggression." Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said this morning during a panel discussion organized by the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs as part of the Munich Security Conference. Tsahkna, in this regard, stressed that Ukraine's accession to NATO is a necessary tool to eliminate the last remaining "gray zones" in Europe and the security threats inextricably linked to their existence. The Estonian minister also reiterated that the planning and provision of military aid to Ukraine is the only way to ensure Ukraine's victory over Russia and the maintenance of peace in Europe.
