(ANSA) - BELGRADE, FEB 22 - PPF Group announced the
acquisition of shares in ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE (ProSieben),
bringing its total of shares and instruments to 9.10% of
ProSieben's outstanding share capital, PPF said. PPF is an
active investor in the sectors of telecommunications, media, and
technology (TMT). Central European Media Enterprises (CME), a
subsidiary of PPF, owns and operates several television and
online media companies in Central and Southeastern Europe.
