New attempt to form government failed in Bulgaria

(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 28 - Bulgaria is now certain to hold new early elections. The third and final attempt to form a government was also unsuccessful, with the populist party ITN immediately reneging on the mandate given to it by President Rumen Radev. (ANSA).
