(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAR 12 - "Bosnia has made more progress in a single year than in the previous decade. Today, we will make a recommendation to the Council to begin accession negotiations with Bosnia and Herzegovina. The message from Bosnia and Herzegovina is clear. Our message should also be clear. "The future of Bosnia and Herzegovina lies in our Union," said EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen during the European Parliament's Plenary session.
