(ANSA) - ROME, APR 30 - The Italian health ministry on Tuesday told Italy's 20 regions to inform it on the risk of the appearance and possible spread of fentanyl after the synthetic 'zombie drug' that has ravaged the USA was found for the first time in a cut heroin dose in the Perugia area a few weeks ago.
