(ANSA) - ROME, APR 26 - Ariston's Russia subsidiaries were temporarily transferred Friday to the domestic appliance unit of State energy giant Gazprom by President Valdimir Putin.
As well as the Italian white goods and heating company's units, he also moved Bosch's subsidiaries to Gazprom control.
The reasons for the decree are not yet known.
The two companies will now be temporarily run by Gazprom Domestic Systems.
