(ANSA) - LONDON, JUL 17 - Princess Beatrice on Friday married
Italian property developer Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in a private
ceremony at Windsor Castle.
Beatrice is the daughter of Prince Andrew and the granddaughter
of Queen Elizabeth II.
British media reported that the event was deliberately kept
hush-hush because of Prince Andrew's implication in the case of
his late friend and convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Andrew denies allegations of having sex with Virginia Roberts
Giuffre when she was a sex trafficking victim of Epstein's
(ANSA).
