(ANSA) - Rome, February 6 - European Parliament President and
centre-right Forza Italia (FI) No.2 Antonio Tajani said
Wednesday he had received death threats after attacking
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
Tajani, deputy leader of Silvio Berlusconi's FI, told a press
conference in Rome: "I have received death threats on several
occasions for having attacked Maduro".
The threats "also came recently" said FI Senate Whip
Annamaria Bernini.
