Libya still in critical phase (2)

(ANSA) - Rome, October 5 - The process of stabilisation in Libya is still in a "critical" phase but there have been steps forward thanks to Italy's commitment, the Supreme Defence Council chaired by President Sergio Mattarella said Thursday.
    The council also called for more commitment by the EU on migrant flows and condemned North Korea's latest missile "provocations".
