(ANSA) - Vienna, August 27 - Italian Foreign Minister
Paolo Gentiloni presented his condolences to Austrian President
Heinz Fischer Thursday for "the tragic death" of dozens of
refugees found in a lorry in eastern Austria, officials said.
Gentiloni made the remarks during a summit on the western
Balkans held in Vienna.
Fischer in a statement about the refugee deaths linked
them to the migrants found dead in a boat in the Mediterranean
on Wednesday.
Between 20 and 50 refugees died in the lorry, police said.
