(ANSA) - Brussels, May 28 - ISIS will be the winner if the civil conflict in Libya continues, United Nations Special Representative to Libya Bernardino Leon said on Thursday. "DAESH (ISIS) wants the civil war to continue," Leon told a news conference. "If the war continues, DAESH will win". Leon added that Libya is in danger of "collapse" within weeks if the nation's two governments, the internationally recognised administration in Tobruk and the largely Islamic bloc based in Tripoli, do not reach an agreement. "An agreement is possible," Leon told ANSA on the fringes of a conference on Libya organised by the Socialists and Democrats (S&D) group in the European parliament. "The fourth draft is being prepared, but the Libyans must be aware that if an agreement does not come, the country will collapse in a few weeks".
