(ANSA) - New York, November 21 - United States President Barack Obama bypassed the incoming Republican-controlled Congress with an executive order Friday on an immigration reform package that gives powers to grant work permits to up to five million undocumented workers.
The three-year work permits are designated for undocumented workers who have lived in the US for five years or have US-born children.
