(ANSA) - Rome, September 22 - Islamic State (ISIS) spokesman
Abu Muhammed Al Adnani posted a 42-minute audio message on
Twitter on Monday, urging jihadists to "kill miscreants in any
way possible" and "attack civilians", referring specifically to
countries supporting US and France in their attacks on ISIS.
Meanwhile, Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus
said more than 130,000 Kurdish refugees from Syria have crossed
into Turkey to escape ISIS forces.
