(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 1 - Pope Francis will visit Africa from
January 31 to February 3 next year, the Vatican said Thursday.
He will travel to the Democratic Republic of Congo and South
Sudan, Vatican spokesman Matteo Bruni said.
The trip had been scheduled for last July, from the second to
the seventh, but it was postponed because of the pontiff's
nagging knee pain. (ANSA).
