(ANSA) - Vatican City, May 20 - A Vatican marriage annulment
reform approved four years ago has not yet been applied in
Italian dioceses, Pope Francis told Italian bishops Monday.
Francis said he "regretted" that this was the case in the
majority of Italian dioceses.
The pope was speaking at the opening of the 73rd general
assembly of the Italian Bishops Conference (CEI).
