(ANSA) - Vatican City, January 16 - A summit between the pope and the heads of the world's bishops in the Vatican next month will set out rules and practices for dealing with clerical sex abuse, Vatican press office chief Alessandro Gisotti said Wednesday.

Gisotti stressed that "it is right to underscore that the Church is not at a starting point in the fight against abuse".
