(ANSA) - Rome, November 2 - Pope Francis on Friday visited an area of Rome's third-biggest cemetery where foetuses from abortions and miscarriages are buried.
The pope spent several minutes of silent prayer at the "Garden of the Angels" in the Cimitero Laurentino before saying Mass for All Souls' Day, in which his homily was set to focus on the "unborn child".
The pope has on several occasions repeated Vatican teachings against abortion.
