(ANSA) - Vatican City, February 9 - Pope Francis on Tuesday
appointed a woman to be the new director of the pastoral
theology department of the Vatican Secretariat for
Communications.
Professor Natas Govekar is currently a lecturer at the Car.
Spidlik Theology Workshop of the Aletti centre in Rome.
The pope also appointed engineer Francesco Masci director
of the Secretariat's technology directorate.
Masci currently heads up the technical department of the
Vatican internet service.
