(ANSA) - Aboard the papal flight, November 30 - Pope Francis
said on his way back from Africa on Monday he hopes and prays
for the ongoing UN COP21 climate change conference in Paris to
be a success, because humanity is on the verge of suicide. "I
would say the goodwill is there to get something done, and I
hope and pray it will be so," he said. "We are on the verge of
suicide, which is a strong word - I am sure almost everyone in
Paris is aware of this and wants to do something about it".
