(ANSA) - Aboard the papal flight, November 30 - Pope Francis
said on his way back from the Central African Republic on Monday
that God surprises us and so does Africa. "Those crowds, that
joy, that ability to celebrate - Africa was a surprise for me. I
thought, God surprises us but Africa also surprises us," he
said. He was struck by many things, including the way "they feel
they are being visited - they have a very strong sense of
hospitality, because they feel that they are being visited",
Francis said.
