(ANSA) - Vatican City, September 23 - Pope Francis on
Tuesday urged Jews to help Christians promote peace worldwide.
"May God send us the gift of contributing together to
promoting justice and peace in a world that needs them so much,"
Francis said in a message to Rome Chief Rabbi Riccardo Di Segni
for Yom Kippur, the holiest Jewish feast, which this year falls
on October 3-4.
