(ANSA) - Vatican City, August 20 - Next year Pope Francis
will celebrate a mass of remembrance to commemorate the
Armenian genocide in Saint Peter's Basilica.
The announcement was made by Cardinal Mario Poli on the 17
August in the catholic Armenian cathedral of Our Lady of Narek
in Buenos Aires.
The exact date has yet to be set.
