Paris 2024: 'Heart bursting with joy' says Errigo

(ANSA) - ROME, APR 22 - Fencer Arianna Errigo said after she was named one of Italy's two flag bearers for the Paris Olympics along with high jumper Gianmarco Tamberi that her heart was bursting with joy.
    "Flag bearer for Paris 2024 together with Gianmarco Tamberi! My hear is bursting with joy!", she said on social media.
    "Do you know when you can't believe it even after they've told you? Thanks Giovanni (Malagò, Italian Olympic supremo), and thanks to all the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI) executive that believed in me.
    "Gimbo it will be an honour to parade alongside you!". (ANSA).
