Antonio Tajani hailed the Italian rugby team after the Azzurri
beat Wales in Cardiff for their best ever result in a Six Natons
tournament with two wins - the other against Scotland - and a
draw, against France, which should really have been a win.
"Second straight win for Italy in the Six Nations, 24-21 away to
Wales. Great performance by the Azzurri who with this result
have made their best Six nations ever. Great lads", he wrote on
X.
Farm Minister Francesco Lollobrigida also hailed the Azzurri
saying they were a "symbol of an Italy that fights and never
knows when it's beaten". (ANSA).
