(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 16 - AC Milan pre-booked a place in the
last 16 of the Europa League by beating Rennes 3-0 at the San
Siro Thursday night.
A brace by ex-Chelsea and former England midfielder Ruben
Loftus-Cheek plus a late goal by Portugal star Rafael Leao
secured the win over the Ligue 1 side.
Meanwhile AS Roma drew 1-1 at home to Feyenoord with a goal from
Belgium centre-forward Romelu Lukaku cancelling out a strike by
Brazilian forward Igor Paixão.
Both second legs are next Thursday. (ANSA).
