(ANSA) - ROME, DEC 2 - The Italian Soccer Federation's (FIGC) federal prosecutor's office on Saturday opened proceedings for damaging statements after Roma coach Jose' Mourinho said he was concerned about referee Matteo Marcenaro's alleged lack of emotional fitness for Sunday's match between Sassuolo and Roma.
Mourinho said he was concerned about Marcenaro because according to him "the feeling is that he does not have the emotional stability for a match of this level".
